Gintarinė, one of Lithuania’s largest pharmacy chains, introduced a unique Scandinavian drug compatibility system to identify safe medication combinations. A previous campaign featuring celebrities fell short as people struggled to grasp the concept.

We aimed to broaden the pharmacy’s audience by simplifying the concept of ‘drug compatibility’ and highlighting its benefits.

Positive Impact

The message became more relevant when we expanded the discussion beyond just mixing medicines and included their compatibility with food. This approach reached a much larger audience.

By showcasing everyday situations where people took medicines incorrectly, we highlighted the importance of understanding how to combine medications with each other and with meals.

The campaign’s success led to an 11% increase in awareness of the drug compatibility service, and Gintarinė Pharmacy’s attribution doubled to 48%.
